  • How to Use for Heat Therapy:

    • Place the ankle gel pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate

    • Heat on full power in 5-second increments

    • Remove the pack with tongs and place it within the brace or a wrapped towel before checking the warmth with a light touch. Packs are best used when warm to the touch not extremely hot

    • DO NOT touch the pack directly, only touch the covering. The pack may be extremely hot

    • IMPORTANT: While heating, watch the gel pack carefully. If it starts to expand, stop heating immediately

How to Use for Cold Therapy:

  • Place the ankle wrap gel pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and secure in the interior pocket of the ankle wrap.
  • Apply to the area to be treated.
  • WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 20 minutes

How to Use for Heat Therapy:

  • Place the ankle gel pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate.
  • Heat on full power in 5-second increments.

Care Instructions:

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed.
